Tap “Forgot password?” on the sign-in screen, or reset it at tryvidlabs.com/forgot-password. If you signed up for VidLabs with Apple or Google, use “Forgot password?” once to set a password.

Every plan starts with a 3-day free trial through the App Store. Cancel at least 24 hours before it ends and you won’t be charged. Free trials are for new subscribers, as the App Store allows. On our website, the trial is for your account’s first EditAI plan and needs a card and a verified mobile number. A creator’s code gives you 7 days free instead of 3.

Open iPhone Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, choose EditAI and tap Cancel Subscription. Do it at least 24 hours before the next renewal. You keep your plan until the end of the period you’ve paid for. Deleting the app doesn’t cancel it. Subscribed on our website? Go to your account and tap Cancel plan.

Enter it on our website when you choose a plan: tap Have a code? before you pay. A creator’s code gives you 7 days free instead of 3, and a promo code takes money off. Codes can’t be combined.

In the app, go to You → Account → Restore purchases, while signed in to the same Apple ID you used to buy. If it still doesn’t show, email us with the date of purchase.

Tap Redeem code on the plans screen in the app, or redeem it in the App Store.

Yes, in iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions, or from the plans screen in the app. Apple handles the change: an upgrade usually starts right away, and a downgrade starts at your next renewal. If you subscribed on our website, switch under Manage billing on your account page.

Purchases in the app are made through Apple, so refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. For a payment on our website, email support@editaiapp.com.

A video’s first successful AI edit. Re-editing it, changing it by chat and editing it by hand never count. Your allowance resets on the 1st of every month. See Pricing for how many each plan includes.

Open the video and change anything by hand in the editor: cuts, captions, the hook and more. On Pro, you can also just tell it what to change in chat. Changes never use up an AI edit.

Check that Speech Recognition is allowed in iPhone Settings → Apps → EditAI. If your iPhone can’t transcribe a language on the device, EditAI can use Apple’s speech service instead. Make sure that option is on in the app’s privacy settings.

Most of it does: importing, editing, captions and exporting all work without a connection. You need internet for online features like posting to TikTok, chat edits, Edit like this links and product search.

Sign in with your VidLabs account in EditAI and connect your TikTok account. Then use Post to TikTok, schedule it for later, or send it to your TikTok drafts to finish there.

Open it in EditAI to see what needs your attention. Reconnecting TikTok often fixes it. TikTok can also delay or limit posts on its side. Still stuck? Email us and include the post’s scheduled time.

Yes. Save the video to Photos and post it anywhere, or use the share button to open it in Instagram. Posting and scheduling from inside the app work with TikTok.

In the app, go to You → Account → Delete account. You can also delete it on the web at tryvidlabs.com. Remember to cancel your subscription in iPhone Settings too. Your data explains what’s deleted.

In the app, go to You → Account → Download my data. For the data in your VidLabs account, see Your data.

Not to edit them. The editing happens on your iPhone. A video only leaves your phone when you use an online feature, like posting to TikTok. The Privacy Policy has the details.
